Reiki Certification - Level 1

The introductory level of your Reiki practice. Reiki is a beautiful, Japanese healing technique based on the principle that the practitioner is a conduit of energy for the client by means of intention, to activate the natural healing processes of the client’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

In this class, we will review The Japanese Art of Reiki & study Reiki history. You will receive your 4 attunements, which is the energetic process in which a person receives the ability to administer Reiki, learn the Reiki principals, chakras, clearing energy blockages, learn hand positions to perform self-Reiki and assist in the energy healing of others.

At the closing of the training, we will break into pairs to practice our newly found awareness of Reiki energy.

Note: Each class is designed to learn the teachings of Usui Reiki and I will also review teachings for each individuals need.
